Hello. I am Marco Zeledon, visionary of Maintonomy. As a Costa Rican native, I appreciate the transfer of knowledge which has helped me in so many of my own projects.
I built my own house from the ground up, leveraging my knowledge acquired in years of trades services and as General Manager and Owner of a large hardware store in Costa Rica. However I can not say I did it all by myself.
Many people chipped in with their expertise which saved me much time and money, after I found them! I spent countless hours reading forums, watching videos and calling around to find experts for everything from cement to electrical installation and more. The relief when I finally did find these experts was enormous and their help even more so.
Since then I have dreamed of a day when I could simplify the experience of Do it Yourself by easily obtaining the critical information and instruction from experts in their fields at the touch of a button, in one place, with trust in their expertise.
Technology has now advanced to a point where we can leverage artificial intelligence to create great benefit in exchange between property owners and trades experts at lower costs to both property owners and trades professionals.
My goal with Maintonomy is to save American property owners hundreds of billions of dollars by accessing critical information to maintaining their property at lower costs, while honoring the trades professionals who have spent their life acquiring the skills and knowledge to keep our property operating optimally, in the manner designed.
